Homeland Security Resource Fund

The Homeland Security Resource Fund (“Resource Fund”) has been established to invest much-needed seed and pre-seed capital into start-up companies in the Homeland Security (“HLS”) space and to foster their growth within Michigan.

What falls under Homeland Security to us? Basically, it’s any business that provides business protection products or services through physical, logical, or other means. We are not interested in home alarms or missiles; pretty much everything else is fair game. Ultimately, the Fund will be defined by our investments. That stated, we see significant value in maintaining focus in a single vertical.
